The problem
When nobody owns IT, small problems turn into lost days.
When IT sits with whoever is good with computers, fixes depend on their free time, nothing is written down, and the same problems come back.
IT support gives those problems an owner: one team that knows your setup, keeps a record of how it fits together, and fixes things the same way every time.

Questions
Common questions
Do you provide on-site IT support in Honolulu?
Most support is handled remotely, which is usually the quickest way to fix things. When the work needs someone in person, such as setting up equipment, we schedule an on-site visit.
Do you support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes. We administer both: users, licences, shared mailboxes, groups, security settings and sharing permissions.
How is IT support priced?
It depends on the number of people and devices and how much help you expect to need. After the health check we recommend a scope and give you the price in writing before work starts.
Can you work alongside our in-house IT person?
Yes. We can back them up, take on routine work and document the setup so knowledge isn’t held by one person.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
We don’t advertise round-the-clock coverage. When we agree a support scope, we write down how requests reach us and when we respond, so expectations are clear from the start.
