Dashboards & reporting

Replace hand-built weekly reports with dashboards that read from the systems you already use, so owners see current numbers without waiting.

The problem

A report built by hand is out of date by the time you read it.

Weekly reports often mean exporting from several systems, pasting into a spreadsheet and fixing the formulas that broke. It takes time, and two people rarely get the same number.

We agree the few numbers that actually drive decisions, define each one in writing, and build a dashboard that reads them from the source systems.

What’s included

What dashboards and reporting covers

01

Metric definitions

What each number means and where it comes from, written down so everyone reads it the same way.

02

Data connections

Dashboards that read from accounting, CRM, scheduling or spreadsheets instead of copied exports.

03

Focused views

Clear views for owners and team leads, readable on desktop and phone.

04

Access & sharing

Each person sees what they need, with sign-in controlled by your own accounts.

05

Report automation

Recurring reports generated automatically instead of assembled by hand.

06

Custom dashboards

Where a standard tool won’t fit, a custom dashboard built by the NogaTech team.

How it works

The engagement, step by step

  1. 01

    Agree the questions

Which decisions the dashboard should support, and the numbers behind them.

  2. 02

    Map the sources

Find where each number lives, and where systems disagree.

  3. 03

    Build & reconcile

Build the views, then check the figures against your own reports.

  4. 04

    Hand over & refine

Walk your team through it and adjust after real use.

Questions

Common questions

Which dashboard tools do you use?

It depends on where your data lives and who will use it. Sometimes the reporting built into your existing software is enough; sometimes a dedicated dashboard tool or a custom dashboard fits better. We recommend one in the plan and explain why.

Our data is messy. Is that a problem?

It is common. Part of the work is finding where numbers disagree and agreeing a single definition. We flag data problems rather than hide them in a chart.

Can the dashboard work on a phone?

Yes. We design the key views to be readable on a phone as well as a desktop.

How is this different from workflow automation?

Automation moves information between tools; dashboards show what it adds up to. You can do both; doing automation first makes the numbers more reliable.
